Customer service is very lacking! They can't tell you if their outdoor materials are frozen or chunky nor do they care to check. We have given them lots of business out of convenience but will spend the money and drive our business elsewhere. DO BETTER.

Called for prices on soil and compost. Female that answered was rude as always. Could use some customer service training. Perhaps a job without public interaction would be better. Decided to pay more to go somewhere else where the customer is valued and treated with respect. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this business for many years. No more.
