She did such a good job with our dog. We have a springer spaniel and she looks great. Laura listened to what we wanted and did exactly that. Our dog was done on time, looked great and seemed super happy and well taken care of. The salon was really clean and cool and had nice kennels. It was a great price for what we got. Great communication and overall a great service.
Laura is the best groomer. We have taken our dogs to a few different groomers and they are so much happier after having Laura work with them. She's honest about how the appointments go. She's also curious about your animals and their stories. We have a Goldendoodle that requires a shave and Laura does a good job with making it look good. We also have a golden retriever that is a bit nervous. Laura is super kind and sweet with her that the second time going our retriever did better with the blow dryer. We took my Labradoodle to this new groomer. The last three times I had taken him to his previous groomer's, he refused to walk through the door. I had to literally drag him inside. He was extremely unhappy there, and was anxious and apparently too much of a handful. The owner of his former grooming salon had suggested we get him professional training. She suggested that we also give him calming treats before dropping him off. That grooming salon had moved into a smaller, extremely crowded space, with far too many dogs crammed inside.
