Yesterday, my very chubby cat, Molly, decided to get into some serious mischief. Somehow she managed to pull up one of our floor vents and crawl down into the ductwork. We could hear her meowing, and it was obvious she was scared and in distress. We knew we would likely have to cut into the floor or wall to get to her.
We called several HVAC companies. Some laughed, some quoted nearly $300 just to run a camera through the ducts, and others were booked for days.

Delightful people and swift service on a Saturday! Jolyn in dispatch was good natured and had a great sense of humor. Elijah Bell oyr plumber was fantastic. He trouble shooted, gave me advice, found the problem and solved it. He was tidy and professional. Highly recommend
