Based on the reviews, Top Notch Heating and Plumbing, LLC provides kind, compassionate, and reliable service. Customers highlight the incredible kindness and willingness to help, even in stressful situations. The technicians are described as helpful, knowledgeable, patient, tidy, and professional. They offer swift service, even on a Saturday, and are good natured with a great sense of humor. The company is known for going above and beyond, such as bringing in heaters to keep customers warm or using an inspection camera for free to help rescue a cat. They matched a competitor’s pricing and took extra steps to analyze a home’s vents for the right size system. Technicians are prompt and will not stop until a problem is resolved. The company is also praised for very good pricing on services and for not charging for work that could not be completed that day. Customers appreciate the warranties and strongly recommend the business for heating, plumbing, and AC needs.
