Taylor came in to fix a thumping sound in our furnace and was able to diagnose the fact that the furnace was not wired correctly and now we are up and running again. We recently installed a humidifier and could never really get it to work correctly and he helped to configure the system so that it was easier to use. Besides his technical prowess, he was a super nice and considerate guy. Can see myself using these guys for a long time!
