I can’t say enough great things about Idaho Disaster Pros. Braden is always so focused on doing what is needed while going above and beyond to make sure you’re not left in a mess while work is being done. I’ve used him for everything from small water-heater closet floods to multi-story total loss floods, and the service and outcome has always been the same. The pinnacle of their service is their communication. Everything is perfectly transparent and I’m always kept in the loop for every step, change and discovery that comes along throughout the process. I’ve also never had to call them back after the job was completed to fix or adjust anything. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve used Idaho Disaster pros twice. Amazing both times. The 2nd, I had a leak I couldn’t find. I avoided making a homeowners claim for too long. After spending hours cleaning up and looking for a leak, I called Benson for advice. He came over and found the leak within minutes. We discussed a plan, and we had it cleaned up and mold treated without a homeowners claim. Both times I’ve used him it was middle of the night while my wife was bawling. Not only do they work cleanup miracles, they are apparently emotional therapists too. No more tears or leaks.
We just bought a house site unseen until the walkthrough. The house smelled like dog horribly I was given Benson's number via our realtor. I called and made an appointment. Super responsive and seems knowledgeable about how to to take on the carpet. I will write another review to give an update on my service.
