We are so happy that we chose Briggs Roofing to strip and re-shingle our roof. From start to finish, it took less than three days for the crew to complete over 3400 square feet. The team at Briggs waited patiently and kept in contact with us while we were waiting for estimates from other companies. Communication was excellent! When finished, our yard, driveway, and flowers looked the same as when they started. We highly recommend Briggs Roofing, they are true professionals!

Update: The GM came out and did the 25 point one year inspection himself and offered to come out and clean my gutters this fall for free. There is no going back in time to change the experience but they do show a commitment to making things right and I very much appreciate the straightforward and honest approach

From the first phone call for an estimate to the last shingle put on my roof Briggs Roofing followed through on everything they said they would. This was a seamless job that took less than 2 days including an impeccable cleanup hourly on the jobsite so minimal cleaning was left at the end of the job. I was informed during the entire process what each step was. Upon completion I was walked around the site with an inspection sheet to make sure everything was complete and nothing was damaged on my property. Great customer service and very professional.
