I had a long-standing problem solved today by a very patient and persistent sales associate at this store! Give Duke a raise! His knowledge and problem-solving abilities certainly exceeded my own, and I'm very grateful.

This store is fairly similar to Ace Hardware in Rexburg as far as what they carry. However, my experience with employees here was not great. I asked two different employees if they carried two different items and both employees said that they did not. Certain that they had them and the employees were not knowledgeable enough to know what I was referring to, I asked a third employee who was able to help me. Overall, they have what you need, but be willing to go find it yourself in their store because their own employees don't know what they have and what they don't have.
