Lori Ward goes above and beyond on her customer service! I have a joint problem in my jaw called TMJ, I was expecting to go in just to receive a jaw massage but ended up getting pampered and treated to a 10/10 experience. Lori greeted me warmly (and with a hug!) she took me into her treatment room where I got to feel relaxed while laying down on her new pulsed electromagnet mat. It is heated and makes you feel calm and at ease as if you are lying at the beach. This is a VERY expensive mat that she purchased just to make the experience for all of her clients that much more enjoyable. After letting me choose the perfect lighting and music Lori then treated me to an hour of thorough massage on my neck, shoulders and face. I typically experience tightness and soreness in my jaw from my TMJ, but I left feeling relaxed and I could open my jaw wide without any pain. You can tell that Lori puts a lot of effort into perfecting her skills and into making her customer experience one to remember. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone with the assurance that they would leave feeling truly pampered and cared for!
I started my journey with LW skincare in January (long distance!!!) with a goal of becoming acne-free. I’ve been through accutane, prescription topical acne medications, and countless other products... nothing seemed to work for me. I found Lori and her clinic through Instagram and decided to commit to the face reality program (along with eating healthy and exercising regularly) for 3 months and I am amazed with my results. Lori is nothing short of amazing... I would recommend her, her clinic, and face reality products to anyone struggling with acne who feels like there’s no solution. I am so thankful for all they have done and continue to do for me and my skin!!!
