I was grateful ICW could fit me into their counseling schedule so soon after I decided to go back to therapy. However, my experience was a slow burn of unprofessionalism.I saw a female counselor for several appointments and felt she was atleast invested in my life. But, one day I came in with a bought of anxiety about not being able to find a job, and I told her a handful of places I had applied to. She responded to this with, “I can’t see you getting hired. Seen for 3 visits and nothing was done to help. Waste of time and money. Susan Fox kept saying I think you have .. order those books. $130. Next visit, no I think you have …. $130. Asked multiple times if she was the right therapist for me and she kept stringing me along. Saw again.. I'm not sure what the diagnosis is. Filed a written complaint (as instructed) and was told I should have addressed the issues during the sessions, which I did. Waste of time and money and they do not stand behind their work. Very disappointed and will make sure everyone I know that this is not the place to go.
