We have worked with Shasta Hardee with 3 of our kids: anger, depression and anxiety, and depression.
She uses CBT and has taught great lessons our kids have been able to incorporate into their daily lives. Overall, Shasta 's help has made a huge improvement in their quality of life and relationships. I also greatly appreciate that she is willing to support our LDS values throughout therapy. Highly reccommend.
Rosemary and the other therapists here are seriously top tier. They are extremely knowledgeable, are very experienced, and have so much compassion for their clients.
