We have depended on Tails Inn for a five years now for our two German Shepherd pups as we travel the globe. AnnDee is wonderful with them. This was my first time boarding our pups and I was nervous leaving them. AnnDee was so knowledgeable and understanding and made me feel so comfortable leaving my pups with her. When I picked them up they seemed so happy and I can see they were well taken care of. It is a great feeling knowing AnnDee is there for us for our future trips, shes awesome. I highly recommend Tails Inn!!!

Tails Inn Kennels in Rathdrum provides exceptional care. From pre-visit preparation (including confirming medications) to consistent communication during our trip, every detail was handled with professionalism and compassion. We especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and proactive communication—such as checking in during inclement weather regarding our dog’s comfort. It was clear our Labrador was receiving attentive, individualized care. We returned to a happy, healthy dog and will absolutely use her services again. Highly recommended.
