We have owned a duplex in CDA for about 15 years that has always needed a new roof. We finally had a good set of tenants on both sides with steady income coming in. It was time to replace the roof that was perilously old after a large windstorm blew off a patch of shingles.

North Idaho Exteriors came out and fixed my roof after it sustained damage from the January '21 windstorm. The customer service was on point. He kept me updated every step of the process and was so friendly.
They were prompt and efficient. When the time comes to completely replace my roof, I know exactly who I'll be calling. They come highly recommended from me!

Huge shout out the the dream team at North Idaho Exteriors!! NEW ROOF IN ONE DAY!! I have never seen it done so fast and their work is superior!
