I was feeling incredibly skeptical of going anywhere after a poor experience being overcharged at silverlake auto. My fears were quickly mitigated with a timely quote. I got my rear brake pads, fluid exchanged and tires replaced all for 1400$. This experience helped renew my faith in mechanics and I am incredibly relieved having had my car in reliable and trustworthy hands.

Decided to try Lake City auto because of the Rathdrum days booth and a free oil change coupon. I was super impressed with their service. They were super professional and very good system definitely will be coming back.

I had got a ton of work done on multiple vehicles here and then when we brought in My husband's and my car to change brake pads and rotors. It's been nothing but issues since. I brought it back in 2 times was told the sound will go away with wear. Yea never did. It sounded 100 times worse then when I brought them in to be replaced. I've contacted. I've emailed no response. Like the breaks were bad from the beginning it's unbelievable after so many attempts to get it fixed still nothing has been done. This all happened in the time they switched guys at the shop.
