Mr. Josh Cardiff is a great service provider. I felt very good when he took care of my car the first time I went. I am looking forward to visiting the shop once again to keep on with my car care.

I am on medical leave and have a very limited amount to spend on unexpected auto repairs. This is the most honest shop I have ever been to that said “I would not feel right about changing the ball joint you requested to be replaced because it is in good condition”. If you’re looking for an automotive shop that is not going to charge you for unnecessary repairs, Lake City Automotive in Rathdrum is the place. I will not be going anywhere else for all future needs. Thank you Josh and staff!
