I can tell you, definitively, that they are the best property managers in northern Idaho…by far. Our family became tenants under Five Point Property Management last year. We did our due diligence and found a solid track record with a fantastic reputation. Contacting Five Point Property Management was an easy choice. It became apparent from the very beginning that this company genuinely cares about their tenants and any property they manage. The initial application process was thorough and seamless. The lease contract was discussed, point-by-point, which was a blessing because it allowed us to understand our specific responsibilities. The people at Five Point are very honest, hard working and responsible. We have used them for 3 years now and have been very satisfied with there service. Quick response and great communication . They do background check and prompt repairs when needed.
