Nathan always replied to text andemail requests; communicated clearly and responsively. My job was small, so he charged on a time basis, and had me buy the paint. Painted exterior of five doors & frames, 2 attic vents. Sanded and filled 6 badly weathered and cracked 6-foot wood columns, Workers were careful, thorough; we were pleased with the finished job. It took less than a week. He did not do the actual painting but frequently came by to supervise and inspect. Some of the crew seemed to spend time on cell phones though.
