Had my first 60 min massage today with Abby, AHMAZING experience all around! She listened to my concerns, explained her techniques, asked about pressure to ensure I was comfortable but did not wreck the relaxing aspect of the massage but asking too often or talking too much. I need to talk in the beginning to get comfortable & she conversed during that picking up on when I was shutting down into relaxation mode. She gave me tips to reduce my soreness, as I get extremely sore after any massage. Also, the price was well worth the experience! She is definitely worth it! The ambiance was pleasant and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Abby!
I had an excruciating pinched nerve in my neck causing so much pain, and numbness in my hand. I have been working with Abby to work on my neck and shoulders to help relieve the tension. I can say that out of all the other treatments I had been receiving for this issue (steroid shots, prescription meds, ice, heat, chiropractor, etc) Abby's massage has given me the most relief. I have been to many LMT’s over the last 25 years due to injuries. I have had countless massages in several different countries and all over the USA. Abby gave me, hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and thoroughness when trying different ways to get your body to relax and muscles and ligaments to release tension is second to none I have ever experienced. If you are in need of some physical healing and think massage could help, or are prescribed massage by your doctor, I absolutely recommend Abigail! You will not be disappointed.
