Animal Medical Clinic
“I truly cannot express how deeply grateful I am to Preston Animal Medical Clinic, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets there who cared for my Jack.
Dr. Mumford took the time to truly listen to my concerns and worked so hard to help me understand what was happening with Jack. The kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine support from the entire staff meant more to me than I could ever put into words.
Their care didn’t end when I walked out of the clinic. They continued to show compassion and support even after I had to bring Jack home, say my final goodbye, and bury him. During one of the hardest and most heartbreaking times of my life, their kindness made things just a little easier to bear.
They understand something that not everyone does: our animals are not “just pets.” They are our family, our companions, and a piece of our hearts. Jack was my family, and I will forever be grateful to the people who treated him—and me—with such love and compassion.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Dr. Mumford and the entire Preston Animal Medical Clinic staff. I will never forget the kindness you showed Jack and me. ❤🐾”
