“The best vet service I’ve experienced. Will be going here instead of anywhere else for sure in the future. They treated us better than I’ve had in Pocatello and Chubbuck. They were so sweet to my cat as she went to sleep. They weren’t awkward about anything, it felt like they knew us the way they were talking with us and making us feel comfortable. I put a cat down a couple months ago and the other vet was stone faced and silent which made it awkward. I wish I came here a couple months ago instead of where I went for my senior cat. He would have felt much more comfortable with the people here. They treat your pets here like a real patients. They talk to them and are always petting them. In the future I would love the option to purchase nicer carry bags for my pet to take home in but they offered us a box and wrapped my cat very well for us. The cost was only $60. Very please with them and grateful they made my cats able to pass peacefully and as easily as possible, despite her being extremely dehydrated which took the medication to take a little bit longer to take effect. They were as gentle as possible when trying to find a vein.”
