They took my flooring out and put new flooring in. They were highly efficient and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and everything they do.
Great customer service, fair pricing, and high-quality flooring. Unfortunately, the installation didn’t meet our expectations. Management did make a genuine effort to address several problem areas by ordering additional carpet at no charge and sending a different installer to make corrections, which we appreciated. However, despite those efforts, the final result still feels like a mediocre install overall.
We truly wanted to be happier with the outcome, as the product and customer service were solid, but the installation quality ultimately fell short.
