Jordan & his crew did an exceptional job for me. They were professional and courteous and their work ethic deserves the highest complement. I had a substantial water damage claim resulting in major repairs and renovations bogged down by the insurance bureaucracy. I interviewed several contractors and was impressed with Jordan. I took a chance on him and it was the best decision I could have made. Working with insurance was tedious but Jordan was right there by my side helping me push through the red tape. Overall, very good experience with this company. They completed a kitchen remodel for me. I've hired several different contractors over the years and finding quality help in North Idaho can be very challenging. This company is the real deal. They are honest and I feel that they genuinely care about the quality and outcome of the project. Relatively easy to communicate with. Very nice people.
We've tried other contractors and finally found a business who does customer service very well. Thanks to Jordan and the guys we are now done with the master and guest bathrooms, and our new kitchen. They also redid our fireplace with new stone, mantel and shiplap. We received weekly reports that helped us plan ahead as we stayed in the house during the project. The guys were neat, very polite and helpful.
