I would like to thank Simioni’s Warm Floors for the fantastic job they did installing our water furnace. I was referred to Simioni’s Warm Floors by a friend after I had already received bids from other companies. The bidding process went smoothly and they were able to beat both companies’ quotes. John and Terry were both professional and courteous. The Simioni team was very careful within the house as if they were working on their own homes. John was consistent and frequent with his communication, which left me at ease knowing the project was being handled well. The water furnace works great. Installation was quick. Follow-up for the AHRI certification with the Admin was a breeze. The only issue I have is that I don’t have more projects for them to work on! Great experience. Five stars.
