Very nice, Dr. Is thorough, they have financial help, wait is like any other, it depens, appointments, how busy, I was a walk in there happened to be two emergency patients come through, but I think considering that my wait wasn't too bad when I did get in back things went fast, I would go agsin
When you can get appointment, you are treated well. However making and keeping the appointment is not so good. Twice I made wellness check appointments and both times I was called to say the appointment had to be changed. I made arrangements for both appointments at work. The first appointment was canceled as I was getting ready to leave work. I was told the provider had a migraine. I understand people get ill. However, the next appointment could not be made for four more weeks. My second appointment was canceled because of a scheduling conflict. I was scheduled for 3:40 and the provider leaves at 4:00.

Care would improve if the office had an online patient portal, and offered written instructions after visits. All instructions are given verbally, and I have difficulty with my memory so it gets VERY confusing. Also, I'm constantly playing phone tag trying to schedule appointments or get answers to questions; once I DO get someone and not an answering service, appointments are out two to three months. I've experienced staff be a bit aggressive or impatient; I understand I may be slow at times, but a little patience and understanding would be helpful.
