Front desk women are often rude and insult patients for no reason and threaten patients when they receive criticism. Will threaten to "destroy (your) credit score" if you are call about payment. Often refuse to utilize your insurance card because they're lazy. Doctors here are very friendly and intelligent. Hopefully they fire the longtime jerk at the front desk but otherwise it's a swell establishment.
