I have a mixed review. We have received great care for our dog who had a rare autoimmune issue. They were very caring and helped so much. But the last wellness visit with our other dog was not good. The vet tech would not stop harping on me about the fact that we feed very high quality raw food. My dogs have no issues from raw feeding and have actually gotten rid of a number of issues they had on kibble but she would not let it go. The wellness check really didn't happen. There were a few things that I had a concern about with my dog but they really didn't get addressed.
Everyone is soo friendly! The professional and thorough attention to my sick Lucy was so comforting. They were excellent at explaining her diagnosis and the treatment they felt would best get her back to her happy fluffy self. They tested & treated her and she was 80% by next day. I've been bringing my dogs here for years.
This is the Second time we have taken our small dogs to Pend Oreille vet in an emergency. They were more than kind and comforting and my little girls are great. I came in last night in an extreme panic as my Chihuahua had been hit by a truck. You all openly took us and dried my tears. I can’t thank you enough Dr Vogel and staff! Y’all called me this am to make sure we were all ok. I feel really good about my little ones treatment and how comforting you were to Me. It means so much ❤️
