Fantastic customer service!! The first issue I've had with our Sundance Spa (which we've had for 3 years and absolutely love) - Christine was super responsive and Max worked us into his schedule on very short order! Couldn't be happier with the service after the sale. Would highly recommend North Idaho Spas to anyone in the market for a high quality spa with great follow up service!!
