After 2 weeks of putting up with a swollen painful foot I came into the clinic with the help of a family member. Travis Taylor, NP-C diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way with medication. Two days later I was able to put weight on my foot. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received and I heartily recommend North Idaho Orthopedic Urgent Care and Travis Taylor, NP-C.

I had an artificial knee acting up and needed it looked at, xrayed and fluid drawn from it & cultured. Dr DiBenedetto had not placed the knee,but his team took me in right away to take care of all the steps that Mayo Infectious Disease Team had requested. This was so helpful, saving me time waiting in an ER, scheduling X-rays at the hospital and bloodwork at a lab.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I asked the Doctor if he planned retirement soon. He replied, “No, I genuinely love what I do!” I could tell by his pleasant and friendly manner that he really does!

From my consult on day 1 Dr. Fisher told me I would need surgery to restore my joint from arthritis due to a misaligned 1st metatarsal bone causing stage 2 Hallux Limitus, I was scared. He explained in detail what had caused this and the steps he would take to repair it. He was so reassuring at every appointment and always took the time to answer any of my questions. He and I both have been very happy with my rate of recovery. I’m now 13 weeks post op, and I’ve been in normal shoes since 9 weeks post op and with the stretches and deep massage, my upward flex is almost even with my non surgical foot. I can hike, run, and do yoga once again. I know I will only continue to improve even more over time and Dr. Fisher will always be available to help me if needed. If you have any issues with your feet whatsoever, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fisher!!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and restoring my movement. 😊
