This company may do well for high end homes, but if you are lower class in apartments they will treat you as such, they left the mess all over the ground after they did some weed eating in front of my unit, one of the plants chopped down was a huge thistle weed plant, while this may not be a huge issue to a normal able bodied person, it is a very big issue for someone with a service animal, these thorns burrow into the pads of a dog, can get infected and can be costly. I tried to reach out to the company to ask that they return to clean up the mess, but the property management company would not tell me the name of the company, only that they would return in a week to... read full review
We used him at the height of his busy season when plenty of houses were being built. He was quick, kind, and helpful in explaining options and the process. At the end, he thanked me for our business, when he probably had 10 houses lined up behind us and was very busy, he still took the time to thank us. We loved our experience with them.
Have been waiting since June 4th for the work to be done at my house. Was told 6-8 weeks which was totally understandable. After 10 weeks they quit taking my calls, have not responded to voice messages or answered any text messages. Now after 14 weeks I am assuming the work will not be done. Very unfortunate.
