They are the whole package! From the phone call to set up the appointment, checking in, assessment with the assistant, meeting with the vet, diagnosis and treatment, everyone is friendly, attentive and transparent about costs ( no hidden surprises). Their treatment of your furbaby is gentle, compassionate and understanding of their discomfort, fear or pain. Their compassion even extends if you experience the unfortunate loss of your baby. Highly recommend!

Staff was very professional and accommodating to me and my Walker hound. Took my girl back into the procedure area and treated her ear infection in such a way that she felt comfortable and cared for. Explained to me what I needed to do in a way that I understood and assured me that they would be available if I had any problems.I was impressed enough to sign up for the wellness program and plan to use their services for any future needs

One of the best Vet offices I have been to!! I travel for work and my dog travels with me. She recently had what I thought was an ear infection so I made an appointment as a new patient with Atla and they were able to get us in in just a few days. Turns out she did not have an ear infection but a foreign object in her ear! The vet immediately discussed our options and got to work on removing the item. My pup was sedated and they worked their magic!! Dee (my pup) is home recovering...tucked in with her blanket in her favorite spot on the couch. Thank you so much to everyone that helped Dee today!!
