They showed up in a pinch and got my driveway shoveled. So grateful!!!!

Terrible absolutely terrible. I had them come and submit a bid for snow removal in a small office complex in Pocatello. We also talked about how much extra it would be to clear the sidewalks as well. They submitted the bid and we gave them the job. After the first three snow storms of the year my tenants were wondering why they were not coming and removing the snow. Snow was 4" to 6" deep in the parking lot and no one had some for the snow removal. When I called the company to see where they were they told me they only shovel the sidewalk and the extra charges for the sidewalks are for any ice melt used. They were not even the lowest bid but their original response...read full review
