The doctors seemed good, but to get to them you have to go through a series of rude, antagonistic and sometimes incompetent people.

I had lasik done a few years ago and was very pleased then I recently started seeing spots and poor vision in one eye. I went in for an exam which indicated my vision had indeed changed dramatically. I was told I would be contacted in a month for another follow up appointment to see if my vision was stabalized. They never called me. So called them back to make an appointment. It took them Another two months to get me in. When. I arrived for my appointment. I was notified by that I owed $85.00 And asked why I hadn't paid the bill.
