There was only one guy working at the counter but very nice. He had a customer ahead of me that was taking a long time. He was able to do my 2 keys quickly in between time. A little pricey but I didn't have to go looking for a kiosk.

Scott's was super fast with making a copy of a house key for me, then explained why the other key wasn't working for the door! Excellent services and gained a lifetime customer!! 10/10 recommend them

If you need to get it taken care of this is the place to go. They really are highly knowledgeable & fairly quick. But if you're looking for a friendly staff (smiles/conversation) this is definitely not the place. No fun to be had here... read full review
