Seriously couldn’t be happier with RCH Our heater went out in mid winter and they showed up within the hour and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and fixed it in a half hour with our problem! Very prompt and professional this company definitely cares about their customers! Every technician I have worked with has been excellent! I appreciate their prompt response times, willingness to answer my questions, and their all around friendliness. Wendy at the front desk does amazing work!
They were prompt to the call and showed up within an hour. Other companies I called before them either didn't answer or said it would be a few days out. They gave me quotes on the major work I needed ( and they were less expensive than the other quotes that I got) Seemed to be way more knowledgeable than other companies. Definitely recommend them and they will be doing all my heating and cooling issues in the futureServices: A/C system maintenance
