Five Stars isn’t enough for the top notch service Lori and her staff provide. The layout of the floor and self serve needs to be the gold standard of Pipeco locations across the board!! I wish I could say the same for the Idaho Falls location but their missing the bar on many levels. Keep up the great work Lori & Team
Installing a sprinkler system and needed a few things. Both of my visits were excellent! They had everything I needed and were very knowledgeable and happy answer my questions. I highly recommend stopping by instead of the big box stores.
I had a residential sprinkler problem. I spent an hour+ at Home Depot and Lowes and stumped their employees - nobody could not find the parts I needed. Then I went to Pipeco. Right when I walked in the door someone offered assistance. After explaining my problem, I had the parts I needed in less than 30 seconds. Great, friendly service and extremely knowledgeable. I hope I never have a sprinkler problem again, but if I do these guys have won my business.
