Had the privilege of working with Todd Dye on the purchase of a farm he had listed. To be honest, I don't really enjoy working with realtors, my experience in the past was they charge a lot for the signing of a few papers. Todd was different. From the very beginning, he met me on site and handed me a folder with all the info of the farm in it. We spent a couple hours walking and hiking the property. I had questions and within 24 hours, he had the info I needed to me. Closing was smooth and a few days later, he emailed me all the water share transfer forms, filled out, with maps and descriptions.
