Best negotiator in town. This guy really does make things easy and deals with the hassles for you. We have used him on several occasions and he has been able to get a seller to act when he was reluctant, and a buyer to pay what we we asking after a massive lowball offer. Billy is amazing!

I cannot recommend Billy and his dad, Steve, highly enough. They made buying a home incredibly easy and genuinely enjoyable. Throughout the entire process, we kept saying, “Billy is the best!” He negotiated fiercely in our best interest and treated me like a daughter or younger sister—always looking out for us and making sure we were protected and informed.
This was our first time buying a primary residence, and we had no idea how everything would come together, especially since we were relocating from Georgia to Pocatello and only had one weekend to find a home. Billy truly made it happen. I honestly attribute a large part of our ability to be in our new home to his expertise, advocacy, and persistence.
