I cannot recommend Billy and his dad, Steve, highly enough. They made buying a home incredibly easy and genuinely enjoyable. Throughout the entire process, we kept saying, “Billy is the best!” He negotiated fiercely in our best interest and treated me like a daughter or younger sister—always looking out for us and making sure we were protected and informed.
This was our first time buying a primary residence, and we had no idea how everything would come together, especially since we were relocating from Georgia to Pocatello and only had one weekend to find a home. Billy truly made it happen. I honestly attribute a large part of our ability to be in our new home to his expertise, advocacy, and persistence. Billy and Steve were everything we could ask for in a Realty Company when selling our home--From their recommending a sensible and achievable asking price to them providing assistance at every turn along the way!
