The dental staff is VERY gentle and willing 2 work with ur insurance and also help u financially. Every1 is super professional and nice. I'll keep going there 4 all my dental needs!!

I love this dentist. When i was a child i went to the familys dentist, who didnt use gas or novacaine, needless to say it made me scared to death of the dentist. I came to Dr Satchwell in an emergency situation, so scared to go even with all my pain, but i went because after speaking with the receptionist Janice who was so calming and reassuring me that they would b very gentle and i wouldnt b in pain. Well she was right. The whole staff took there time and really cared about me. And best of all i came back which b4 Dr. Satchwell, i wud only go to get out of pain and never go back. Amazing team that goes above and beyond! Almost every dentist I’ve called in Poky has a year long waitlist and/or isn’t taking new clients so I’ve been passed around from dentist to dentist when in need of dental care. I called several dentists offices around town when I woke up this morning with some unexpected tooth pain, Modern Smiles got me in 20 minutes after they opened and went above and beyond to help me and get me into their system as a return patient when I was expecting to just a vague answer and sent home to deal with the pain until one of the many wait lists I’m on had an opening.
