Heather is the master in color, style and hair care! When we moved here almost 4 years ago, my biggest concern was finding a stylist to cut and color my hair. Luckily I found Heather on the first try and have been a regular client ever since. She is very professional, talented and knowledgeable and takes the time to find the best color and style for you. Her salon is beautiful, warm and inviting and she even has a book club! An appointment at Fringe feels like spending a few hours with a friend. I highly recommend Heather Judd and Fringe Salon.
