I had my first wax with Zoey yesterday. It was such a great experience. She made an intimidating process so easy and as comfortable as possible.
She communicated through the entire process from scheduling to checking in the following day post wax. She was friendly and welcoming from the first text message. She worked quickly while also explaining the process throughly and clearly.
