The restoration work has begun. The communication remains excellent no matter who is coming to work on the house. As each phase is completed they always ask me to look at it and give approval or feedback. I believe this makes them more efficient and productive. Still very happy with their work.

I had a broken water line inside my wall. I wasn’t only horrified, I was devastated. My plumber suggested Elite and he did not steer me wrong. My Project Manager Jeremy has been absolutely wonderful and my insurance agent Mandy is also just as amazing. If it hadn’t been for them and their communication and coordination skills, my life would still be upside down. I’m extremely grateful to all of them and the talented members of their crews. They were there immediately anytime I called and needed anything. I’m eternally grateful! Kudos to all involved! My appreciation can’t be measured. You all rock!
