Our tank was leaking and Gavin was able to fit us into his schedule since we had water running all over our basement. His customer service was so awesome and he was so patient with my needing him to explain things more than once. He gave me options on what to fix now and what could be fixed later. He was very thorough and incredibly helpful with bringing our system up to speed. He was also very clear about what to expect since our system hadn’t been working correctly for a while and we didn’t know it. This was a very pleasant experience in the middle of a hectic day. We will definitely continue our business with Culligan of Pocatello.
I only trust and love the taste, for me and my three kids for our Culligan water system!!! And my skin wouldn’t stand a chance without our Culligan water softener. We have had problems with our system Sence pump in our well went down. We called culligan and they sent Derric to the rescue. That man is so polite and efficient it was wonderful. He fixed our problem and even called us back to ck on things. Deric is now going to look into our sons system and with full confidence we are sure he will get it running correctly.
