I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. I contacted Dalton's via email on a Sunday(through theor website) about scheduling an emergency sameday septic pump/cleanout the following day. They responded to my email within a few hours and advised they were able to fit me in the following day(Monday).I was extremely grateful as my septic system had started to back up in my basement and our bathrooms were completely unusable....which was a total nightmare when you have a family and kids. Sometimes when i call im backed up and i need to snake it while they're here and the drivers are extremely patient and helpful every time they come. The drivers are definitely worth a tip.
