I'm delighted to give Alameda Vision Centers 5 STARS, primarily due to the phenomenal care provided by Michael Tucker, an outstanding O.D. who demonstrated remarkable expertise in identifying a critical issue in the vitreous sack between my cornea and retina and referred me to a skilled retina surgeon, who successfully removed the sack and restored my vision, earning my deepest gratitude for Dr. Tucker's exceptional care and appreciation for the professionalism and courtesy of his staff.
Even with the best intentions, things happen. The staff service was exceptional, how ever the product I received wasn't quite up to the quality, I was used to. My glasses did not perform as expected and issues arose. I was very frustrated and and across the country, so I opted to make a harsh review to vent, again I was extremely frustrated, still not an excuse.I got back from vacation to a sincere voicemail asking me to please come in for a chance to help me. Which of course I obliged, apologized for the review, and we together found a solution. I learned things about prescriptions lenses and frames, and was fit with a style of frames I hadn't even considered.From... read full review
Doctor is awsome no complaints eyeglass section different story said two weeks for glasses been five weeks called 3 times to find out statistics never received return call finally got lady to check she said another 3 to 5 days will never use this business again nice staff but do not give good service for amount of money
