I don’t normally leave reviews but this company went above and beyond and were the definition of honest, transparent and trustworthy. I called and spoke to Brian for a quote and they arrived within 3 days and had bid ready the same day. Their pricing was very fair and below most others I had received. I got busy and it took me a few weeks to call back and accept the bid and get on their books. Ken is a real stand up guy and does a great job! We had our furnace go out during a time when my mom was visiting. Hot during the day, cold at night. Not ideal.
Most places make you wait and he came by the DAY OF on a weekend, was here a couple minutes, and had it all figured out. Back early morning the next day with the part and had it done.
Then we had one other fix being needed, he felt so bad and i felt bad for him because there was no way to know until the first piece was fixed! I was standing right there and could see myself that it wasn't working.

This company was recommended by our realtor when we purchased our house. It's 24 years old and was not set up for central air when built, so it was a more problematic situation than usual. Installers were here for 7-8 hrs. Did a great job and the AC works great!
