Outstanding service and both Kim and Ken are such personable, friendly people. We hired them for window cleaning and the results are fantastic! Now we're having them clean our area rugs. Confident they'll do another great job!
I used K&K cleaning when I lived in the Silver Valley. I’ve since moved here to CDA. I knew the quality of work they were capable of providing so I looked no where else. Continue to use them. They are wonderful people who don’t mind taking the time to chat. I highly recommend them.
Although K&K wasn't able to clean the item I was hoping for, Kim was very helpful and sweet on the phone, and she asked for lots of details to see if she could help. They don't have the equipment to clean furs, especially antique furs, but she was honest about their services and even asked Ken if they could make an exception. I appreciate her being up-front so that I could find a better-equipped cleaner and avoid unnecessary damage. If I ever need a non-fur item cleaned, I will consider going back!
