I would give 10 stars if I could. Brady is our hero! Needed our heater repaired asap having a new baby in the house. He came out in the morning but needed a part. He came back the same night and worked until 9pm in the snow and cold. Not only that but with the best attitude! We are so impressed. He went above and beyond. We truly felt taken care of.

On Sunday I called and left a message due to our furnace quitting on Saturday night. Dominic was sent first thing on a Monday morning. He was very efficient and extremely polite. This young gentleman with his vast knowledge diagnosed and fixed our furnace quickly. He was so polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who has heating issues

It's winter and cold, we wake up to a furnace not working. So I started calling repair places, 1st one still hasn't called me back (left VM) 2nd one said they would call me after they talked to the technician ( no call back) 3rd one said they could fix it in 2 weeks (2 weeks without heat ?) Called McCrea that is now American plumbing, Jessica answered and said, "we can have someone out this afternoon ". YES! Brady Kilgore came out, he gets 10+ stars from me. Super knowledgeable and professional.
