Do not trust Royalty Construction a very untrustworthy company. The owner Sir Welch will take your money ASAP and forget you. He will come back when he say that he needs money. Been over one year and our extension is still not finished. He will make you many promises and will not keep then. Don’t even give a deadline. He will not even try to meet it. Answer questions in a very vague way and untruthful. Beware if you like to thought money away then royalty construction is for you.

I'm giving this company one star because Sir deserves it for having the most excuses on why the lines have not yet been painted in front of my office. I believe five yellow lines is all I need. The blacktop was recoated at the end of 2023 and then the weather got bad so he said he'd have to wait until the spring of '24. I went ahead and paid him in full because I believe in taking a person for their word and assumed he'd come back. When he still hadn't shown up by June I tried contacting him but no one got back to me. I was finally able to get his attention when I contacted some of his competitors to see if anyone knew if he was still in business.... read full review
