DO NOT GO HERE. I went here with my cat. The veterinarian came in and said nothing to me I didn’t even know she was the vet until I asked. She then manhandled my cat. When I asked for her name upfront they told me they “didn’t know” what vet I saw. A couple months after that experience my mom called to make my cat an appointment because he’s been puking for 3 days. She was told that we are being let go as clients from the practice because of a negative Review that was left . I have no idea what review they’re referring to Because no review was left. When I asked them to explain further, they said no have a good day and hung Up the phone. I am now frantic trying to find a new vet that is willing to help my cat. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Prices have went up a lot, got charged 90.00 for office visit only, for shots only, thought that was ridiculous.

I have taken several of my animals here over the years and they are the most accommodating, reasonably priced vet you will find.

Horrible experience and will never recommend. They call themselves an Animal Hospital but when I took a bleeding g Dog into them they refused to treat because I’m not a current customer. That’s pretty sad. Empty waiting room. But they wouldn’t lift a finger

I called and asked about putting my dog down. Explained the situation they told me to come down and they would check him out. Drove all the way over there checked in told me they would uthanize him but won't check him out. Thanks for the compassion. A person wants to make sure they are doing the right thing and they couldn't be bothered.

This hospital is just up the Hwy from where I live. I reached out to them a year prior to this visit about becoming a client but they were not accepting any at that time. Their proximity was in my mind when I found my cat mortally wounded with a gapping hole in her lower abdomen and another injury on her hind leg. It is heartbreaking to say the least when you run your beloved pet down the road for lifesaving care only to be told to drive down to Nampa for an ER Vet as I wasn't their client. Having worked many years ago for a large veterinary practice, I knew that there was no way my cat would make it through the drive and only suffer all the more. Unfortunately, my only option was to put her down. It seems the 2 young receptionists have been well trained to not bother asking their Vets for exceptions. Despite the front office being void of any waiting clients, I simply would not be helped as I was not a client. What hurt even more was that the point was made to me that they would euthanize my pet as a courtesy and this service would not make me their client. I don't think that was a necessary comment considering the refusal to care for my dying pet to begin with. This review is more of a suggestion to the owners of this practice. Get together with Snake River and any other neighboring practice and set up a rotational ER Center for Payette County. Referring people 30-40 min. away is the difference of life and death. This area definitely needs a better program. And compassion is also greatly needed. Many of us are willing to pay for lifesaving measures rather than putting our young and healthy pets down. And having to hear less than empathetic responses when forced to put an animal down makes it even more heart wrenching to say goodbye to an animal you loved dearly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Receptionist was very rude. I called and was hung up on. I understand not accepting new clients but to hang up abruptly is disrespectful.

They will make time for you if you are putting your animal down, but not for anything else. Currently not "accepting" new clients, no reason to call.

Last year things were going well. This year not so good. Went take our mini schnauzer in for x-rays 05/31 and we still not received them.
