Turner plumbing recently completed the plumbing of a half-bath in a new shop build for me. The team was extremely professional in their communication. They were always happy to answer any questions that I had, and they were very flexible when things changed on the fly. I would happily work with this team again.
Jesse and Kaden are very friendly and professional. They took out my old, broken bathroom sink, then installed a new bathroom sink and faucet. Unfortunately, the old faucet did not fit the new sink, so Kaden assisted in my attempt to find a bathroom faucet that fit the new sink at a local business here in Bonners Ferry. We were unable to locate a faucet that would fit, so I had to drive down to Home Depot in Ponderay to get a faucet that fit. In the meantime, Jesse and Kaden went to some other scheduled jobs in Moyie Springs. When I got home, Jesse and Kaden were already on their way back to my house to install the faucet and clean up. Called this morning and they came over in a short while. Kayden checked it out and suggested what I needed. Excellent customer skills and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!. He even helped me start my lawnmower!
