I've got to give these guys a two thumbs-up recommendation. First of all, in spite of their website (which obviously needs some tending--morbi tortor eros faucibus...?), they are very organized. They've got a systematic check-in and scheduling system, with a dynamic scheduling board right there on the wall so you can monitor the progress of your repair. Secondly, they're efficient, getting our computer repaired in short order, even putting in a temporary graphics adapter so we could get some critical work done while the replacement part was enroute. Thirdly, they stand behind their work. When our computer exhibited a random shutdown problem after they had replaced the graphics adapter, they quickly identified the problem as a bad card and replaced it under warranty, in a very friendly and gracious manner. Should I need any computer repair work done in the future they will be my first choice.
